Why Choose Co-op?

Co-op gives you the opportunity to apply your classroom learning through paid, hands-on work experiences in real business environments. By graduation, you’ll already have professional experience on your resume, helping you stand out to employers and feel more confident launching your career.

Not sure exactly where you want to go after university? Co-op helps you explore different industries, roles, and workplaces before graduation. Whether your interests are in marketing, finance, HR, or accounting, you’ll gain insight into what excites you most, and what kind of work environment fits you best.

Employers consistently look for graduates who have relevant experience, professional skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in the workplace. Co-op students graduate with practical experience, stronger professional networks, and a deeper understanding of the business world, giving them a valuable advantage in today’s job market.

Your Co-op journey is an opportunity to grow your professional network. Connect with employers, mentors, alumni, and fellow students who can support your career development and open doors to future opportunities. Many students secure future roles through relationships built during their work terms.

All Co-op work terms are paid, allowing you to gain valuable industry experience while helping offset the cost of your education and living expenses. You’ll graduate with more than a degree you’ll graduate with experience, skills, and income earned along the way.

From resume and cover letter development to networking, interview preparation, and workplace success, the Co-op team supports you throughout your journey. You’ll develop lifelong career skills that will continue to benefit you long after graduation.
