The Faculty of Management is committed to helping students succeed in their studies. We recognize that each student experience is different and each individual student will encounter various opportunities and challenges during their time at UBC Okanagan. Whatever those opportunities and challenges are, we're here to help you along the way.

Meet the Team

Dayl joined UBC in 2018 as part of the Academic Programs Office with the Faculty of Management. She has been involved in academic programming and student support from the start, and continues to be excited to work with students as they move through their education journey. When she’s not at work you can find her spending time outside walking with her dog Jack, exploring  the Okanagan on two wheels, and enjoying the many ski hills in the area.

Kelli began her journey with UBC first as a Kinesiology student on the Vancouver campus, then completing a Bachelor of Education on the Okanagan campus. She has also worked in a variety of roles on both campuses: in Student Housing, Student Orientations, Student Recruitment, Alumni Engagement, and now with the Faculty of Management. She is passionate about lifelong learning, and contributing to the student experience by providing program support and connecting students with resources. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside with her family, doing yoga, baking, reading, playing basketball, and chasing after her two kids.

Cayla has been with UBC since 2010 – first as an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Arts program and then transitioning to working in Student Housing in 2016. She loves being a part of the UBC Okanagan campus community and is looking forward to connecting with students to help support their program goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, paddle boarding, gardening, cooking, and baking.

Myles joined UBC Okanagan in 2023, bringing with him a vibrant passion for sports, especially hockey. He is a recent MBA graduate and has been eager to contribute to the university community in a meaningful way. Myles is excited about his role at UBC Okanagan, where he looks forward to engaging with students and supporting their academic and career aspirations. Beyond his professional life, Myles is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys a variety of activities. Whether it’s hitting the ice rink for hockey or wake surfing in the summer, he believes in the power of work-life balance to foster personal growth and community building.
