Engage
Collaborate through experiential learning opportunities and applied projects.
Recruit
Hire business students and graduates through co-op and employment opportunities.
Ways to Partner
The best hires start as relationships. Meet them before you need them.
To support meaningful relationship-building between employers and students, we are launching a new Business Connections Series designed to increase opportunities for connection throughout the academic year.
These initiatives will support:
- Informal networking and relationship-building
- Employer visibility and brand awareness
- Career exploration and industry insight for students
- Connections between employers, alumni, faculty, staff, and students
Additional opportunities will include guest speaking, industry panels, mentorship initiatives, classroom engagement, and career-focused events.
Have a business challenge you’d like fresh perspective on? The Faculty is introducing a refreshed approach to experiential learning through COMM_O 493 – Consulting Project.
Rather than individual student groups each working with separate partner organizations, we’re now pairing one partner organization per class resulting in multiple student teams all focused on your challenge independently.
Participating organizations benefit from:
- Multiple perspectives on the same challenge
- Faculty guidance and structured support throughout
- Research insights & actionable recommendations
- A natural pipeline into co-op hiring, mentorship, and ongoing partnership
Beyond the project, there’s no better way to see what our students are capable of or to get your organization on their radar.
Access students and graduates with skills in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Business Analytics
- Operations
- Project Management
- Sales and Business Development
- Strategy and Consulting
Recruit for:
- Co-op positions
- Full-time employment
- Part-time opportunities
- Contract and project-based work
- Graduate recruitment initiatives
Our team can help promote opportunities and connect your organization with students whose skills and interests align with your hiring needs.
