Meet the Team

Dayl joined UBC in 2018 as part of the Academic Programs Office with the Faculty of Management. She has been involved in academic programming and student support from the start, and continues to be excited to work with students as they move through their education journey. When she’s not at work you can find her spending time outside walking with her dog Nova, exploring  the Okanagan on two wheels, and enjoying the many ski hills in the area.

Kelli began her journey with UBC first as a Kinesiology student on the Vancouver campus, then completing a Bachelor of Education on the Okanagan campus. She has also worked in a variety of roles on both campuses: in Student Housing, Student Orientations, Student Recruitment, Alumni Engagement, and now with the Faculty of Management. She is passionate about lifelong learning, and contributing to the student experience by providing program support and connecting students with resources. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside with her family, doing yoga, baking, reading, playing basketball, and chasing after her two kids.

Cayla has been with UBC since 2010 – first as an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Arts program and then transitioning to working in Student Housing in 2016. She loves being a part of the UBC Okanagan campus community and is looking forward to connecting with students to help support their program goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, paddle boarding, gardening, cooking, and baking.

Myles joined UBC in 2023, bringing a strong business background and a deep commitment to student engagement. As an MBA graduate, he’s passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. He is a lifelong sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to hockey. Myles approaches every challenge with energy, collaboration, and a team-first mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, whether it’s playing hockey in the winter or wake surfing in the summer. He values work-life balance and cherishes quality time with friends and family year-round.

Adrienne joined UBC in 2022 as a Faculty and Programs Assistant with the Faculty of Management. Before joining UBC, Adrienne was with Okanagan College since 2019 in a number of student support roles. Adrienne is passionate about assisting students by empowering them and helping them navigate the post-secondary world. Adrienne fell in love with the Okanagan while completing her Bachelor of Management degree here and spending all her spare time snowboarding at Big White. She loves spending time with her family and is very excited to share her outdoor passions with her toddler (once he’s old enough to strap on a snowboard of his own).
