Co-op work experiences benefit both student and community partner in a reciprocal relationship of learning and mentorship. Since Co-op students work year-round, there is flexibility for community partners to hire for four, eight or 12 months at a time. Organizations of any size can benefit from co-op, and employers are often eligible to apply for hiring grants, making the return on investment even greater.
